Visitor Procedures for 2009-2010

The staff and faculty at Castleberry Elementary needs your help ensuring the students' safety by abiding by the Visitor Procedures. When visiting the campus, even the cafeteria for lunch, between the hours of 8:00 am - 3:00 pm you MUST report to the front office to obtain a visitor sticker. Parents will not be allowed to have lunch with their child unless they have reported to the office first and have a visitor sticker on. There will not be a visitor sign-in sheet in the cafeteria. Please be aware that if you are in the building or cafeteria without a visitor sticker you will be asked to report to the office immediately.
Please remember that time in the classroom for your child is precious and most effective when it is not interrupted. Classroom visitors will only be allowed if it has been cleared with the teacher first. If your child is tardy or if you need to pick up your child for early dismissal you must report to the office and your child will be escorted to the classroom or to the office.
